Terms of Service

The HCQS platform is operated by HCQS FZE LLC, a Free Zone Establishment (FZE LLC) licensed by Sharjah Publishing City — Free Zone Authority under trade licence no. 4425367.01, registered at Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. In these terms, "HCQS", "we" and "us" mean that company.

You may use HCQS to create, publish and operate a business presence — website, store, customer records, bookings, documents and related tools. You must be legally able to enter a contract and must provide accurate account information.

You are responsible for everything published from your account, including compliance with the laws of the countries you sell to and any licences your activity requires.

Do not use HCQS to publish unlawful, deceptive or infringing content; to sell prohibited goods; to attack, probe or overload the platform; or to resell platform capacity without a written partner agreement. We may suspend accounts that breach this section.

You keep ownership of the content, brand assets and customer data you bring to HCQS. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, process and display that content so the service can run. We do not sell your data.

Paid plans are billed in advance for the selected period and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund a period already started, unless required by law. Prices exclude taxes unless stated otherwise.

We work to keep the platform available and continuously improve it. Features may change, and maintenance may cause short interruptions. Material changes to these terms are announced on this page before they take effect.

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or loss of data caused by factors outside our reasonable control. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, after notice where reasonably possible. You can export your business data before closure.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah and the rules of Sharjah Publishing City — Free Zone Authority. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
