Privacy Policy

HCQS FZE LLC, Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (trade licence no. 4425367.01), is the controller for data collected through hcqs.ai. When you run a business on HCQS, you are the controller of your own customers' data and we process it on your behalf.

• Account data: name, email, business name, country and currency.
• Application data you submit through the launch wizard or contact forms.
• Content you create: pages, products, documents, customer records, bookings.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and error logs.

To create and operate your account, deliver the features you request, respond to enquiries, secure the platform against abuse, meet legal and accounting obligations, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data and do not use your business content to train public models.

We use infrastructure and service providers for hosting, databases, authentication, email delivery, payments and automation processing. They act on our instructions under contract and only for the purposes above. A current list is available on request from privacy@hcqs.ai.

Account and business content is kept while your account is active. After closure we delete or anonymise personal data within 90 days, except records we must keep for legal, tax or dispute-resolution reasons.

You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data, and object to specific processing. Write to privacy@hcqs.ai and we will respond within 30 days.

We use cookies and similar storage that are strictly necessary for sign-in and session security, plus limited analytics to understand product usage. You can clear or block cookies in your browser; sign-in will not work without the necessary ones.

HCQS is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 16.

We publish updates to this policy on this page. Material changes are communicated by email to account holders before they take effect.
